About the role
- As an Envelope Converter Adjuster, you will operate the WD 410EE converter, interacting with the pressroom and other support departments, and pay close attention to detail and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain logs for ink, paper, and converter production.
- Maintain logs for maintenance and repairs.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move heavy rolls and other print materials.
- The candidate must possess the ability to accurately read a ruler and access job specifications.
- PPE must be worn as required.
- Required Skills/Abilities:
Nice to have
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in pressroom, prepress, or operator bindery roles within a printing environment.
Skills
- Ability to monitor color and ensure envelopes are made to specifications and are free of defects.
