About the role

  • We're live in nine markets including LA, Seattle and Chicago, and we're going to market now.

Responsibilities

  • Own the supply side: build prospect lists of property-management companies and owner-operators, run outbound (email, LinkedIn, calls, industry events), and get onto UnitPulse.
  • Co-build the sales playbook with the founders from scratch: ICP, messaging, sequences, demo script, CRM setup, pipeline metrics. What works becomes the system, and you write the system.
  • Use AI aggressively in everything: prospect research, personalization at scale, call prep, follow-ups. We build AI products
  • our sales motion should look like one. You'll have best-in-class AI tooling and a mandate to automate your own job.
  • Own partner success early on: make sure a property's first month with us lands, and turn early wins into case studies.
  • AI-native: you already run your work and life through AI tools. You don't "use ChatGPT sometimes," you build workflows with it. You'll be asked to show this concretely in the interview.

Requirements

  • Recent grad (0-2 years) from a notable university.

Nice to have

  • Excellent written English
  • comfortable on the phone and in-person.
  • Self-starting and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • There is no playbook.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

  • $70k-$75k
