Responsibilities
- The Director partners closely with executive leadership to ensure HR strategies and systems support TEVET's business objectives and foster a positive, high-performing workplace.
- Supervisory Responsibilities · Directly manage HR management roles such as the Manager of HR Systems, Operations & Analytics and the Manager of Recruitment & Onboarding. · Provide coaching and guidance to all managers and staff as needed.
