Manage Order Form Execution: Drive order processing for Americas-based deals, working closely with the Deal Desk and supporting accurate, timely execution.
Support Salesforce & CPQ Operations: Handle opportunity auditing, contract documentation, and data management to ensure clean, accurate records in Salesforce.
Drive Process Improvements & Reporting: Partner with internal teams to improve back-office workflows and support ad hoc operations projects and reporting needs.
The order management team will take ownership of all opportunities post order form negotiation to process the final documents for execution and ensure all relevant fields are updated on the Salesforce record within 24 hours and in accordance with a defined runbook.

What You Will Bring to Coupa: Strong Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, and proficient in Salesforce, Google Drive, and GMail
Operational Efficiency & Problem Solving: Over 4 years of experience in business operations or financial analysis, with a proactive, hands-on approach and focus on process improvement.

Preferred Skills: Strong cross-functional collaboration and project coordination.
