About the role

  • The position is full-time and offers a flexible work schedule.
  • The selected candidate in this position will serve as the case manager and reviewer for the various case types to include, but not limited to FOIA, Litigation, and Appeals.
  • The selected candidate will formulate responses to the requester and will be amenable to working with a dynamic team that may, from time to time, provide additional information that pertains to the request.

Requirements

  • A bachelors' degree 3 + years of relevant experience or high school diploma and 6+ years of experience specific to the skills listed
  • The ideal candidate must successfully apply critical-thinking skills when evaluating each unique case and have experience using customer proprietary systems and tools, which assist in the review and release process.
  • The selected candidate must be able to consistently deliver high-quality, accurate work, and be willing to perform ad hoc duties as needed.
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph Required Day 1

  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Must have robust communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working in a collaborative team environment
  • Solid knowledge of the intelligence community with developed analytical skills background
  • Strong work ethic; organizational and time management skills
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to changes, when needed. Ability to multi-task is a must
  • Experience working with litigation documents very helpful
