About the role

  • This field-based role will be responsible for calling on bone marrow transplant centers and ensuring that commercial, operational, and access/reimbursement activities are aligned at the account level.

Responsibilities

  • Execute transplant center specific sales and market access plans aligned with Ossium's launch and growth strategy to drive revenue at each targeted center
  • Lead onboarding of new transplant center accounts and oversee commercial contracting, serving as the primary point of contact for each center
  • Ability to operate independently in the field and manage a regional territory

Requirements

  • Experience and relationships in stem cell transplant, cell therapy and/or gene therapy
  • Experience supporting products sold directly to hospitals (e.g., devices, biologics, or transplant-related therapies)

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience supporting launch or early commercialization of a novel or complex therapy
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity in a high-growth, pre-/early commercial environment
  • Allo-HCT physicians
  • Transplant coordinators
  • Transplant program administrators
  • Pharmacy, finance, and contracting stakeholders
  • Bringing field-based account insights to refine Ossium's commercial and access strategy

Compensation

  • Four weeks of PTO accrued annually (vacation & sick time) + 11 company holidays

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, market access, reimbursement, payer engagement, or related field-based roles
  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare reimbursement, particularly in hospital, inpatient, or specialty care settings
