- Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Responsibilities
- You'll be responsible for driving performance, ensuring alignment with regional priorities, and using data to identify opportunities and deliver results.
- Someone who enjoys building strong relationships with distributor teams and key accounts, and who is energized by using data to drive decisions.
- Manage key account relationships and ensure execution of national and local programs.
- Partner with distributor leadership and internal teams to build and execute local plans aligned with financial goals and KPIs.
- Coordinate with Customer Success, Field Marketing, and Chains teams to support sell-through and activation efforts.
- Track forecasts, manage local pricing strategies, and provide monthly performance updates.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of sales experience in wine, spirits, or consumer goods, with a strong track record of distributor management.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred.

Compensation
- The salary range for this role, based in Austin, is $101,200.00 to $126,500.00.
