About the role
- The Product Manager - ERP Integrations is responsible for setting strategy and providing direction, leadership and budgetary management, etc.
- Additionally, this role will be responsible for the development of product plans, strategies, and tactics while coordinating product lines through product life-cycles in coordination with the broader Product Management team.

Responsibilities
- Citi builds and owns all of our ERP Integration products, removing third-party dependencies, keeping client data protected within Citi, and ensuring a fully branded experience that retains the client relationship.
- The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position.
- Build the go-to-market with sales, marketing, and implementation:
- build vs. partner, what's standard vs. bespoke, and where to invest to expand the addressable market.
- Lead discovery, design partnerships, and pilots; turn a handful of reference clients into repeatable, productized integrations.
- Support pre-sales and deal pursuits as the product expert and own the feedback loop from live clients back into the roadmap.
- Partner with implementation and client service so onboarding is fast, predictable, and doesn't depend on heroics. ------------------------------------------------------
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience Master's degree preferred Own and Commercialize the product
Compensation
- $163,600.00 - $245,400.00 In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
