Build strong relationships with hiring managers to raise the quality of candidates in the interview pipeline
Operate comfortably with ambiguity and build structure where it is needed

3+ years of talent engagement experience in a fast-paced startup environment
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience with high-touch coordination
Deeply motivated by CodePath's mission to transform computer science education for an AI-native generation
Comfort using AI tools in your own work, and a point of view on where they help recruiting and where human judgment has to stay in the loop
Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates

Experience with tools like Gem, Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and G Suite
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted sourcing, screening, or outreach tools
Experience with technical roles like software and data engineering, product management, and data science
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Strong written and verbal communication
Understanding of recruiting best practices and interviewer compliance

$85,000 to $110,000 per year (annualized; pro-rated for the 6-month term)
For this role, we're hiring for a mid level position at an annual salary of $85,000 to $110,000.
Salary is determined based on your relevant experience and skills as evaluated through our interview process.
