Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Lead, Recruitment, the Recruiter is responsible for working with our Coal Central Recruiting and Human Resources teams to support hiring initiatives.
- Someone who is organized, has exceptional attention to detail, and can work with integrity to professionally manage confidential material.

Requirements
- Successful candidates must be willing to satisfy the pre-employment requirements of a pre-employment drug screen and three professional references.
Compensation
- $76,000 - $94,000 / year The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
