About the role

- This role includes processing incoming/outgoing mail, preparing packages, operating locker systems, and assisting students, faculty, and staff with mail-related inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process and deliver mail/packages from USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other couriers.
- Maintain records and logs related to mail delivery and receipt.
- Deliver excellent customer service to students, staff, faculty, and visitors.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support department operations.
- Lead Saturday shift, supervising 1-2 students.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 70 lbs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a diverse campus community.
