About the role
- West Monroe is seeking a Director to join our Organization People & Change practice within the Productivity & Workforce Transformation discipline.
- Our Productivity & Workforce Transformation team focuses on helping clients redesign how work gets done at scale-improving labor efficiency, reducing cost, increasing throughput, and embedding AI into day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
- Lead work transformation & cost takeout engagements
- Lead client engagements focused on labor productivity, cost takeout, operating model improvement, and process redesign
- Build quantified value cases using operational data, work measurement, and financial modeling
- Drive AI-enabled workflow transformation
- Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and decision support within business processes
- Drive business development
- Develop proposals, scopes, pricing approaches, and staffing models
- Partner across industry and technology teams to bring integrated solutions to market
- Lead teams & grow the practice
- Own engagement delivery, team leadership, quality, economics, and client satisfaction
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or transformation roles
Nice to have
- Experience in one or more of West Monroe's core industries preferred
