Responsibilities
- Support commercialization and launch activities for new products and portfolio enhancements.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to support product and commercial decisions.
- Develop sales tools, training materials, and field enablement resources.
- Support forecasting, business planning, and portfolio performance reporting.
- Partner with Sales teams to identify opportunities to accelerate product adoption.
- Support conference planning, customer engagement programs, and advisory board activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure successful execution of business priorities.
- Manage ongoing portfolio optimization initiatives and lifecycle management activities.
- Our technologies help restore function, improve quality of life, and support better outcomes for patients around the world.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Nice to have
- Ability to translate customer insights into actionable commercial strategies.
- Experience supporting product launches and commercialization activities.
- Experience conducting market research and customer insight development.
- Knowledge of forecasting, portfolio management, and business analytics.
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
