About the role
- RXR is an active investor in real estate credit, rental housing, commercial property, and property technology through value-added and opportunistic investment strategies.
- Reporting & Documentation - Monitor the progress of the construction activities and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-contractors.
- Contract Management: Expertise in understanding and managing contracts, including negotiation, compliance, and scope changes.
Responsibilities
- Design Coordination & Consultant Management
- Manage day-to-day consultant activities, meetings, and deliverables.
- Oversee the construction project in every phase from conceptual design through completion.
- Manage project documentation and contractor communication.
- Management of preconstruction tasks including reading plans and specs, developing scope sheets, and assisting with leveling interviews and contractor qualifications.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, cost curves, and loan-related reporting.
- Coordinate with lenders and maintain financial accuracy.
- Create and maintain project schedules across all phases.
- Lead meetings, track action items, and manage deadlines.
- Engage external consultants, contractors, lenders, and community partners.
Requirements

- 3) Hold all stakeholders accountable for required tasks and deliverables.
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or technical training.
Nice to have
- Construction Management Software (Procore, Bluebeam) preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Full understanding of applicable process for entitlements and zoning in the relevant jurisdiction.
Compensation
- $160,000 - $210,000 USD
