- Job Description: Ninyo & Moore, a SOCOTEC Company, has an immediate opening for a Marketing/Proposal Coordinator to work out of our Irvine, CA office and work closely with our marketing team in San Diego, CA.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently when needed
Nice to have
- Engage with team on a regular basis to ensure timely submittal of deliverables
- Prepare and update technical resumes and project write-ups
- Assist with various other marketing-related tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
- Demonstrated experience performing similar services with A/E/C firms is a plus
- Strong work ethic
- Positive attitude, detail oriented, and ability to problem solve
Compensation
- $30-40/hour, depending on qualifications
