Responsibilities
- Ready to drive innovation at the intersection of music and technology?
- You'll manage a team of 7 and be responsible for managing sprint execution, driving release quality, and building a team culture where engineers thrive.
- Establish and maintain engineering performance standards, including code review practices, testing expectations, and release readiness criteria.
- Lead the engineering team's transition to AI-first development by building a training program, establishing best practices, and working alongside engineers until new workflows become second nature.
- Partner closely with Product to translate roadmap priorities into well-scoped, executable engineering work.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CX, Sales, Marketing, and Music Affairs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in an engineering ma nagement role.
- A proven coach and mentor.
- A track record of improving team delivery and raising the bar on engineering quality.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders on features and technical strategy.
