About the role
- As a Groundskeeper, you play a key role in maintaining an attractive, clean, and welcoming environment throughout the community.
- You are responsible for the general upkeep and appearance of the property's outdoor and indoor common areas, ensuring that residents, visitors, and team members always experience a well‑maintained, high‑quality setting.
- Your work directly contributes to the community's curb appeal, safety, and overall resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the property grounds in a clean, orderly, and visually appealing condition at all times.
- Assist with general maintenance tasks and support the maintenance team with service requests when needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain equipment in proper working condition.

- Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, custodial work, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and property appearance.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team‑focused environment.
- Basic understanding of cleaning methods, tools, and safe material handling (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
