Responsibilities
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on splicing equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the network engineering and operations teams to coordinate and execute fiber optic projects efficiently.

Requirements
- To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in fiber optic splicing, with a minimum of [X years] of hands-on experience.
- All staff must be insurable and bondable.

Nice to have
- Relevant certifications such as FOA (Fiber Optic Association) or equivalent are a plus.
- Wireless/Fiber/Cabling: 1 year (Preferred)

Skills
- Proficiency in using splicing equipment, fusion splicing, and OTDR testing.
- Safety: Committed to following safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Travel: Be willing to travel regionally inside of Western Colorado.
- Overnight trips are common for this position.
Compensation
- $22k-$30k
