Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: 50%
- Delivers comprehensive administrative support to the Division of Research and Innovation (R&I) and Office of the Executive Vice President.
- Coordinates complex calendars for R&I leadership team, schedules meetings, and manages conference room reservations.
- Maintains administrative databases, performs data entry with high accuracy, and generates regular status reports.
- Updates and maintains division website content, ensuring accuracy and currency.
- Operations Support: 30%
- Manages division listservs and prepares internal communications and announcements.
- Develops and reviews training materials, resource guides, marketing materials, and other items assigned.
- Executive Support & Special Projects: 20%
- Manages complex, sensitive, and highly confidential matters with discretion.
Requirements
- Associate's degree and two (2) years of related work experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- Applicants are subject to a criminal history investigation, and employment is contingent upon the institution's verification of credentials and/or other information required by the institution's procedures, including the completion of the criminal history check.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Four (4) years of related work experience.

Nice to have
- Previous experience with systems and software used within the Texas A&M University System (i.e. Workday, Emburse, AggieBuy, Cascade CMS, etc).

Compensation
- Up to $19.25 Hourly ($40,040.00 Annual, Approximately)
- Voluntary Tax Deferred Account/Deferred Compensation Plan
