About the role
- Our focus is on delivering highly reliable, thermally efficient, and scalable hardware solutions, including cutting-edge liquid cooling architectures and mechanical systems.
- In exceptional cases, remote work arrangements may be considered.
- This position requires access to information that is subject to U.S. export controls.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on with CAD software for design analysis and understanding of the hardware.
- What MatX Is Building
- Matx is developing advanced rack- and POD-level infrastructure systems to support next-generation high-performance computing and AI workloads.
- Design of Experiments (DOE)
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of:
- Experience with:
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional engineering teams
- Laboratory expertise
- Basic Product management expertise for scheduling
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and work from our offices in Mountain View Tuesdays-Thursdays.
