About the role

  • Our focus is on delivering highly reliable, thermally efficient, and scalable hardware solutions, including cutting-edge liquid cooling architectures and mechanical systems.
  • In exceptional cases, remote work arrangements may be considered.
  • This position requires access to information that is subject to U.S. export controls.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on with CAD software for design analysis and understanding of the hardware.

  • Matx is developing advanced rack- and POD-level infrastructure systems to support next-generation high-performance computing and AI workloads.
  • Design of Experiments (DOE)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Experience with:
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional engineering teams
  • Laboratory expertise
  • Basic Product management expertise for scheduling
  • All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and work from our offices in Mountain View Tuesdays-Thursdays.
