Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to articulate program details to prospective contractors
- As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings.
- Education & Licensing
- High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Experience
- Three (3) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Construction knowledge or insurance adjusting background preferred.
- Skills & Knowledge
- Strong statistical analysis skills
- Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
Nice to have
- For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $24/hr. plus commission.
