About the role

  • This role requires an individual who takes complete responsibility for the payroll function - proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues independently.
  • The Ideal candidate will ensure our hourly and salaried workforce is paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with manufacturing-specific labor regulations, such as shift differentials and overtime rules.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in payroll software, specifically ADP Workforce Now is required.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now Next Gen is helpful.
  • Strong understanding of multi-state tax jurisdictions, garnishments, and labor laws.
  • Ability to travel as required to support programs across facilities.
  • The ideal candidate must have recent hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or Finance preferred; or equivalent practical experience.
