Responsibilities
- Build and deliver next-generation products designed to run efficiently as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) on leading public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP)
- Architect and implement large-scale distributed data systems that are optimized for performance, scalability, reliability, and resilience to meet enterprise-grade requirements
- Efficiently collaborating with product management, other cross-functional leads and teams on both technical and business strategies to improve and build the future product roadmap for Cohesity's infinitely scalable platform.
- Drive accountability for test-driven development, delivery of high-quality features and resilient enterprise-class solutions
- Lead a culture of team ownership and direct individual and team accountability to improve how they work and achieve results continuously.
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design
- Proven expertise in building cloud-native, distributed systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Ability to drive tasks to completion and take ownership of projects
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
Requirements
- Expertise coding in C++ (or Java or Go)
- Proficiency in filesystems and/or storage protocols and concepts
- Experience with debugging and diagnosing production software.

Compensation
- $179,056.00-$198,951.03
- The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.

- Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate's skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered.
