About the role

Ladybird Grove & Mess Hall is looking for an experienced, energetic, and detail-oriented High-Volume Bartender to join our team.
As a High-Volume Bartender, you will be the face of the bar, creating exceptional drinks and delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about crafting quality beverages.

Manage a high-volume bar environment, ensuring drink orders are made quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware, restocking supplies, and cleaning surfaces.
Train and mentor junior bartenders or barbacks, helping them develop their skills and maintaining team morale.
Collaborate with other bar staff, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operation and an excellent guest experience.
Manage bar opening and closing duties, including restocking, cleaning, and prepping for the next shift.

Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience, with a focus on high-volume or fast-paced environments.
Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, bartending techniques, and various types of alcohol.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for hospitality.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds).
Must be at least [age requirement] to serve alcohol (if applicable by local law).
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
ServSafe Alcohol certification (or similar responsible alcohol service certification) preferred.
Must be able to tolerate potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish
