- This role serves as the embedded translator between business workflows and AI capabilities.
- The Consultant spends significant time alongside business users - observing how work gets done today, identifying friction and repetitive patterns, and configuring AI-based solutions that fit the way teams actually operate.
- The Consultant earns trust by listening before recommending, ships small wins quickly to demonstrate value, and graduates business teams from one-off AI use into durable, governed, AI-enabled workflows that compound over time.
