About the role
- Assess, monitor, and educate oncology patients throughout treatment, ensuring safe and effective care delivery.
- Monitor patients for treatment-related side effects and adverse reactions, providing timely interventions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient safety, outcomes, and experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with oncologists, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, and support staff to develop individualized care plans.
Requirements
- BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
- Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
Nice to have
- Minimum of 3 years of RN experience preferred.
- Experience administering chemotherapy and biotherapy preferred.
