- ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS/SCOPE: Regular contacts are primarily with immediate supervisor and other professionals in the department.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: A minimum of 3 years related experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of a specialized or technical field.
- Knowledge and understanding of Quality System Regulations
- Ability to read and understand detailed schematics, instructions, and drawings.
- Experience in testing, prototyping, evaluating and troubleshooting digital and analog electronic circuits.
Nice to have
- Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or Technical Certification in Electronics.
- A minimum of 3 years related experience.
Skills
- Sound PC software knowledge.
- Manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination to troubleshoot medical devices, including unaided and microscope visual inspection.
- Regular contacts are primarily with immediate supervisor and other professionals in the department.
- Recognizes common and generally routine problems of low to moderate complexity when they occur.
- Responsible for following inspection procedures and operating automated test equipment.
- Assists in repairing/refurbishing the failed products during testing.
- Responsible for performing and documenting work per Quality Systems Regulations policies and procedures.
- Failure to achieve results may have moderate impact on schedules and programs.
- Follows specific, detailed instructions and established procedures.
- Problem solving is guided by well established policies and procedures and or precedent.
- Contacts are primarily with immediate supervisor and other professionals in the department.
- Ensures the maintenance of and adherence to good laboratory practices and all safety procedures.
