About the role

Fleet provides its customers with flexibility and predictability to meet their upside demand forecasts, addressing a key need in the market as traditional leased models are struggling to keep pace with the demand for new Cloud and AI infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will combine technical fluency in physical security systems with strong program execution, stakeholder management, and construction coordination skills.

This person should be comfortable owning security scope across fast-moving projects, from design review through turnover, while helping Fleet scale security capabilities across a growing portfolio.

Experience in data centers, critical infrastructure, industrial facilities, or large enterprise campuses ·
