- Summary of the Job: Coordinates the preparation, service and storage of food for patients.
Requirements
- Computer skills or willingness and ability to learn.
- Working knowledge of scheduling and production.
- Ability to learn basic multi-line phone system.
- An ability to work as a team with a variety of different departments/people and willingness to comply with hospital/departmental appearance standards.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Five {5} years Food Service experience or 1 year Food Service Supervision preferred.
- Physical Demands:
- Some requirements include but are not limited to sitting, standing or walking for long periods of time.
- Lifting at least 20 pounds is required.
- Must be able to work with a moderate level of noise.
