Responsibilities

  • As a Reliability Engineer, you will develop and manage routine maintenance schedules, statutory inspections, and overhaul plans.
  • This role optimizes equipment uptime, minimizes production downtime, and ensures accurate maintenance history records.
  • Working closely with engineering, you will support planning decisions, analyze work returns, and ensure maintenance data is reliable and aligned with operational needs.

Requirements

  • Create detailed work orders, including scope of work, required resources (labor, materials, tools), safety procedures, and estimated completion times.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive or heavy industrial.
  • Proven experience with CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM) is essential.
