Responsibilities
- As a Reliability Engineer, you will develop and manage routine maintenance schedules, statutory inspections, and overhaul plans.
- This role optimizes equipment uptime, minimizes production downtime, and ensures accurate maintenance history records.
- Working closely with engineering, you will support planning decisions, analyze work returns, and ensure maintenance data is reliable and aligned with operational needs.
Requirements
- Create detailed work orders, including scope of work, required resources (labor, materials, tools), safety procedures, and estimated completion times.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive or heavy industrial.
- Proven experience with CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM) is essential.
