- What You Will Be Responsible For Monitor and analyze operational data from global data centers, including equipment performance, uptime, and energy consumption, to ensure optimal functionality.
- Generate periodic reports summarizing key operational metrics (e.g., equipment availability, incident frequency), providing insights for management and stakeholders.
- Execute standardized processes, such as equipment maintenance schedules and asset inspections, ensuring compliance with operational protocols.
- Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of work experience in data analysis or operation analysis, preferably in the crypto industry, data center operations, or related fields.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) to monitor metrics and generate actionable insights.
- ITIL, PMP, or related certifications demonstrating an understanding of operational frameworks and project management are preferred.
