Responsibilities
- You will play a critical role in delivering site capital projects that support safe, efficient, and reliable food ingredients manufacturing operations.
- We deliver sustainable innovations that elevate everyday products.
- Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, technology, safety, quality, and procurement to deliver robust project outcomes
- Drive design development, constructability, and safety‑in‑design throughout all project phases
- Maintain disciplined control of cost, schedule, and performance, including forecasting and monthly capital reporting
- Manage internal resources and external engineering and construction partners to ensure scope, quality, and schedule adherence
- Support readiness‑to‑operate, commissioning, and close‑out activities, including documentation and financial closure

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Process/Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Food Technology, Bio‑Tech) or equivalent technical experience
- 2+ years of experience executing capital projects in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments
- Working knowledge of engineering fundamentals, industry codes, and manufacturing systems
- Experience with project management fundamentals including scheduling, cost control, and risk management
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, utilities, equipment, DCS systems, and Management of Change (MOC)
