Responsibilities
- Leads LED Team, train team members, conduct performance feedback, and support team growth initiatives.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with SMEs, HR, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple ongoing projects
- Commitment to collaborative decision-making and cooperative working relationships with P4L staff and community partners
Requirements
- You don't have to have 15 years of experience to succeed in this role, but you need to think bigger than training.
- Gain valuable experience in nonprofit development
