Help develop marketing content, including social media, email campaigns, website content, and other promotional materials.
Coordinate with vendors and internal cross-functional teams, including Design, Product Development, and Sales.

Must have a few days of open availability and be able to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week.
Upcoming junior, senior, or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, including Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for fashion, home furnishings, retail, merchandising, and marketing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new skills.

Position Overview
The Merchandising & Marketing Internship offers hands-on experience in two key areas of the retail business.
Interns will gain valuable exposure to merchandising, buying, and home marketing while supporting day-to-day business operations, digital marketing initiatives, and product assortment strategies.
This role provides a unique opportunity to develop practical skills, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and learn how merchandising and marketing work together to bring products to life.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is organized, creative, analytical, eager to learn, and passionate about fashion, retail, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
