Requirements
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience working directly with external auditors on technical accounting matters
- Ability to operate strategically while maintaining attention to detail
Nice to have
- Oversee review and analysis of global software, SaaS, services, and multi-element arrangements
- ensure appropriate accounting conclusions and documentation.
- Serve as primary liaison with external auditors for all revenue recognition matters.
- Provide strategic leadership for system enhancements impacting revenue recognition (e.g., ERP, CPQ, RevPro, or equivalent tools).
- provide coaching, performance management, and career development.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and leadership roles
- Deep expertise in software/SaaS revenue recognition and ASC 606
Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is $ 173,000 to $ 328,800 and represents a good faith estimate of the range at the time of posting.
- Strategy maintains broad salary ranges to account for differences in skills, experience, qualifications, internal peer equity, market conditions, and business needs.
- The posted range reflects base salary only.
