Responsibilities

  • This role leads a team of specialists to seamlessly execute strategies across field and business development teams.
  • You will own the development of the anchors business in key user accounts, mentor a team, and deliver innovative, end-user facing strategies to grow sales and market share.
  • And, of course, discounts on Stanley Black & Decker tools and products and well as discount programs for many other vendors and partners.
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on high-value end-user accounts and construction projects, maximizing market share and profitability for the DEWALT Anchors business.
  • Own the development and growth of the anchors business within key user accounts and major projects, creating and implementing action plans to capture market share.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Anchor Specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration while aligning teams to strategic goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key end users, contractors, facility owners, specifiers, and influencers at all organizational levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering, marketing) to deliver customized solutions that address complex end-user needs and provide expert guidance on product selection and application.
  • Represent DEWALT at industry events, trade shows, and key meetings, positioning the company as a trusted partner for national accounts.
  • Discounts on Stanley Black & Decker tools and other partner programs.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA or advanced degree (e.g., Business Management, Engineering) preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the construction industry, with a proven record of success at the national level.
  • Deep understanding of the construction ecosystem, including end-user dynamics and decision-making processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com, CRM systems, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally up to 60%.

Compensation

  • Therefore, the total target cash compensation range is inclusive of base salary and target variable cash compensation.
