About the role
- Our team of RSSs span all Canadian Provinces and we are always looking for talented people to join us!
Responsibilities
- Develop thorough Rehabilitation Plan for program Participants in consultation with the Participant, their family/caregiver, Rehabilitation Service Professionals (RSPs) and the Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) Case Manager
- Identify barriers or risk factors contributing to suboptimal outcomes and pro-actively develop and implement strategies

Requirements
- Ability to travel across the region as required
- Experience working with employers, community resources, and training institutions
- Travel Expectations: Minimal travel across the region as required
- Determine required rehabilitation assessments to further assess Participant's capacity for improvement and clarify rehabilitation needs and coordinate as required
- A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Rehabilitation, Social Sciences,

- Work from home and earn a competitive starting salary of $75,200.00
