  • Evaluations focus on technical proficiency, business impact, collaboration, adaptability, and leadership potential.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Liberal Arts or a related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through academics, extracurricular activities, internships, or volunteer work
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and adapt to new situations quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Python) is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
