Responsibilities
- Why the Provider Operations Team at Steno Is Different You own outcomes - From proactive staffing to last-minute escalations, you're the person clients and teammates count on when it matters most.
- You understand how reporters think, what they prioritize, and how to communicate in a way that builds lasting loyalty.
- We need someone who's comfortable working independently, manages deadline-driven workflows with accuracy and precision, and communicates clearly with external reporters and contractors.
- This role requires consistent availability Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in your regional time zone, with after-hours and weekend support based on business needs.
Requirements
- You'll crush this role if you have at least 3-5 years of experience in calendar operations, scheduling, or staffing within court reporting or legal services.
Compensation
- Competitive Base Salary ($75,000-$95,000) - with real growth potential as you make your mark and build something meaningful.
