About the role

  • TOTEME is looking for an experienced Department Manager Menswear to join our Madison Avenue store full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the Menswear department to deliver strong commercial performance and authentic client experience.
  • Drive sales through great service, garment knowhow, styling, and relationship building.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor and lead by example in all client interactions.
  • Coach and support the team through regular training on product knowledge, styling, and service standards.

Requirements

  • Your Profile 3+ years of experience in menswear specialty, or luxury, retail Strong understanding of the menswear market.
  • Confident in styling and advising clients, with the ability to translate trends and product knowledge into a meaningful client experience.
