About the role

You will join a highly collaborative, close-knit group of healthcare professionals who are passionate about equitable access, preventive care, and whole-family wellbeing.

Typically 5-8 patients per day (with the higher end occurring infrequently), allowing for 45-minute visits and the ability to deliver thorough, relationship-based care.
The ability to practice at a thoughtful pace, building real relationships with families.
A schedule that supports work-life balance and flexibility.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an earned Master of Science in nursing degree.
Recent experience in an advanced practice nurse role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, SharePoint, Adobe and Peoplesoft.
Knowledge of office policies and procedures, and strong organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with diverse individuals; proven ability to communicate professionally.
Travel: Up to 75% travel to ensure clinical practice consistency across all clinic locations.
Absent exceptional circumstances, candidates will be offered a salary within this range for this position.
The minimum salary will be offered based on the minimum exemption threshold based on state of residency.
