Responsibilities

  • Drives profitability and productivity of the team.
  • Manages customer relationship development and satisfaction.
  • Drives L&M growth through Technicians and Team Leads.
  • Leads the execution efforts of assigned Service business to include warranty-related customer issues.
  • Strong technical ability and to prioritize work activities for the team, scheduling, and lead a diverse team.
  • Five years prior experience in the HVAC or building controls industry.
  • Extensive product and on the job/cross training opportunities Encouraging and collaborative team environment Dedication to safety through our Zero Harm policy Providing Scheduling and management support.

Requirements

  • What we look for Required Technical school training or equivalent experience in the HVAC or building controls industry.
  • To be successful in this position you must have a passion for leading people as the teams are comprised of a diverse workforce with union and non-union employees.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS office products and basic Windows environment.

Nice to have

  • Preferred Diploma in Electronic or Mechanical Systems.
  • Five plus years in a service management role directing a similar service deliverable team.

Compensation

  • $89,000-134,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance.
