About the role

This position is responsible for ensuring a safe, productive, and efficient work environment while driving performance in safety, quality, production, equipment reliability, and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime.

Lead Safe Operations Promote a strong safety-first culture.
Drive Production Performance Lead shift operations to meet production, quality, and efficiency goals.
Conduct shift handoff meetings and support daily operational planning.
Support investigations and corrective actions related to quality issues and customer concerns.
Develop and Lead a High-Performing Team Coach, mentor, and develop hourly production employees.
Support hiring, training, performance management, and employee development.

Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
Experience working with production metrics, reporting systems, and manufacturing technologies.
Participate in emergency response activities and maintain required certifications.

Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
Manufacturing leadership experience within a heavy industrial nonwoven manufacturing environment, or related continuous-process industries such as textiles, paper, or converting, strongly preferred.
