About the role
- You will play a key role in driving operational success through direct leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- You will partner with Supply Chain, Quality Control, and Engineering teams to ensure product quality, availability, and compliance.
- You will recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering growth and engagement.
- You will collaborate with other supervisors to coordinate production efforts and achieve operational goals.
- You will create and maintain procedures and documentation for process improvements, new products, and equipment.
- You will analyze production data and present reports to leadership to support decision-making.
- You will lead teams in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams
- Ability to build team engagement and trust to achieve shared goals
Requirements
- 3+ years working in a supervisor or similar role.
- Experience coaching and mentoring employees to improve performance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP or similar systems

Compensation
- An annual salary target of $79,000 - $83,000
- Opportunity for annual cash bonus
