About the role
- We've created the first FDA authorized at-home cervical cancer screening.
- This individual contributor role reports to Teal Health's Vice President of Product.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Operations, Partnerships, and Leadership teams to define priorities and deliver impactful solutions
- Use customer insights, operational metrics, and experimentation to drive product decisions and continuous improvement
- Support optimization of consumer-facing purchasing and onboarding experiences across Teal's commercial platform
- Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across technical, operational, and business stakeholders
- Professional development support
- We're replacing the in-office pap smear with a cervical cancer screening that is comfortable, convenient, and designed for women.
Requirements
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced startup or growth-stage environments
Nice to have
- Experience utilizing Jira, Figma, and analytical tools

- Lead product strategy and execution for Teal's B2B healthcare partner workflows and integrations
- Partner closely with healthcare systems, insurance partners, clinical stakeholders, and operations teams to design scalable product solutions that meet partner needs
- Translate complex healthcare and operational requirements into intuitive, scalable product experiences and workflows
- Build and optimize systems that support enterprise healthcare partnerships, operational efficiency, and patient experience
- 5+ years of product management experience, with prior experience in healthcare, digital health, telehealth, health tech, or other regulated healthcare environments required
