About the role

KOMODO is seeking a Senior Networking Engineer to join the team working on Nanos, the codename for a competitive PvP action game currently in development.
You will ensure that multiplayer systems are responsive, stable, and optimized for fast-paced online PvP gameplay.
As a senior member of the team, you will provide technical leadership, define networking standards, and mentor other engineers to help grow the team's capabilities.

In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the game's networking architecture.
You will work closely with gameplay engineers and designers to align networking systems with gameplay mechanics and deliver a smooth, high-quality online experience.
We are now building our first fully in-house title, a competitive PVP action game focused on modernizing the shoot 'em up genre.
Supported by experienced mentors from across the industry, we are building a small and powerful team where every individual has the freedom and creative agency to make a meaningful impact.
