Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support Observe and report changes in patients' condition to the supervising nurse or therapist Document care provided and patient observations accurately Follow the care plan established by the Registered Nurse Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients in their homes
