Responsibilities

  • This role ensures the facility meets high cleanliness standards and consistently delivers operational excellence.
  • The Assistant Managers are accountable for building customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, presenting a structured sales process, and managing customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Ensure our highest standards of cleanliness are met through continuous maintenance (e.g., sweeping, mopping, grounds maintenance, etc.) of the site, including the office, and the interior and exteriors of the storage building and surrounding areas.
  • Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer-facing work experience.
  • Regularly required to lift or move items up to 35 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

  • Operating Hours:
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  • $19.50 - $20.50 per hour.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or GED is required

Compensation

  • Starting Pay Range: $19.50 - $20.50 Hourly
