About the role
- You'll be the first full-time recruiter on the team, reporting directly to the founder, and your work will directly determine how fast we can grow.
Responsibilities
- You'll source, screen, and shortlist candidates across marketing, sales, creative, and operations roles - and you'll build a pipeline so we're never hiring reactively.
Compensation
- $65k-$85k
