Responsibilities
- If you haven't already, be sure to create a profile on our Careers page to remain up to date on the status of your application and learn about new career opportunities as they arise.
- Maintain office and lunchroom supplies for project teams
- Manage mail, boardroom bookings, project records, training materials, and administrative resources
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth site operations
- Maintain and validate project data in Excel and company systems for accurate reporting
- Ability to quickly build and maintain effective working relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain a professional, service-oriented approach with employees, clients, service providers, and suppliers
